Required Qualification: Science Graduate with knowledge & experience
in Animal Science / B.VSc / M.VSc & MBA
Experience: 10 - 12 years in marketing strategy development, product training, field trials, and product portfolio management
Languages Required: English and Hindi
Budget: 18 to 22 lakh CTC per annum (flexible for deserving & exceptional candidates)
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, drive sales growth, and ensure strong market positioning.
This role includes technical training for the sales team, product portfolio management, and market research to support new product development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal science and the ability to translate market insights into effective marketing strategies.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence. Conduct product and technical training sessions for the sales team.
Create high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, and product documents.
Analyze competitor strategies, market trends, and pricing structures for competitive positioning.
Gather field feedback to support new product development and market expansion. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Monitor and optimize marketing campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights.

The Senior Manager – Sales will drive the sales and marketing strategies of the company’s products across designated territories in India. The role requires strong leadership to guide the regional/zonal sales teams, ensuring consistent business growth, customer engagement, and effective market penetration while upholding the company’s commitment to innovation in herbal veterinary solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Provide leadership and direction to Regional/Zonal Heads and sales teams.
Ensure strategic product placement with competitive pricing and customer alignment. Conduct technical training and support for the sales team and customers.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, veterinarians, and large farmers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for business decisions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
